Nice one Thrik you sexy mofo. That was pretty much my face above when I saw it.

I've lost a little weight recently too, really trying to just make sure I eat healthily. It's surprisingly easy to do :)

Excellent. :D I too have done it all through healthy eating, specifically tracking everything through MyFitnessPal. I haven't done any meaningful exercise, but I think I'll need to start doing that soon so I can replace my flab with something resembling muscle.

The sharp-eyed may spot that I've dropped about 46 pounds since early last year. It's getting harder now though, still about 24 left before I hit my target weight. :oops:

Here at work a lady is doing some weight measuring so she can feel better about herself. After the last mud race, in a week, I've put on 4 pounds :oops:  (cos I ate loads of shit -- I felt like I could). It's like if I'm really addicted, I keep saying "last one" or "I know it's this, I can stop it whenever", and another slice of cake is gone.

The binge effect is a bastard. Sometimes I'll really fancy a big cookie or doughnut, but the shop only has them in packs of four or five. Naturally I buy the whole pack and eat them all at once, but what's scary is it's so easy. Fortunately I now control my week-to-week eating so occasionally doing this doesn't really matter. :D

At the moment it's in the region of 1400, but I do sometimes drop down if I go out and beast a huge meal at a restaurant or something. I do 5000-ish steps a day too.

Essentially I use the app's weekly view (set to always go from Monday) to ensure that I hit what my overall calorie intake for the week should be, which was a move that made a big difference compared to my previous approach of only thinking day by day.

Installed the app before going to bed. Got up and had porridge and planning to start using the app straight away today. Didn't have time to setup the account because of work madness, and good eating intentions went down and down meal after meal. Ate a packet of biscuits while watching House Of Cards. I hate myself.
