Love the game for the single player. Don't think I'll dive into MP though.

The only real gripe I have with this game so far is the way the player dies. Bugged and clunky (with the obvious exception of the T2 nod :D)

and doom is getting a demo to try it! (Only for a week ?)

But more importantly, new content for snap map is coming, including hell scenario.

Was there ever an official statement that it's a hero shooter? just wondering. I don't know what a hero shooter is anyway.

Not in those words but Willits said (after the showcase) that you play with characters that have unique abilities so to me, that sounds like Overwatch or a MOBA.

In the teaser the quake marine seems to have a teleportation technique when he jumps and shoots the purple sphere…

I appreciate the heads up but they only say it's not a MOBA. They still talk about a team and progression based game. They even compare it to Overwatch so no, I'm not really convinced that it's the Quake I'm looking for. Plus, again, it's Willits. Almost everything that guy said about Rage was a lie.
