  1. It certainly was worth the blood, sweat and tears, looks great.
  2. Looks like a neat program. I like your quick model too, looks like something from spore .
  3. Yeah, i actually like that idea too. Maybe try creating some ssbumps for the textures, would increase detail while retaining the look you have going currently.
  4. Just finished it, really good fun a nice mix of game play in a relatively small space. Only died twice, once because i sprinted across the bridge into a combine assault, the second time because apparently an auto-save was right in front of them .
  5. Wow, i love that one, but I'm a sucker for gritty industrial scenery .
  6. I really like the sharpness and the colour pallet in your space piece. The way the shadows of the arch, and the rocks to the top blend together looks a little off. I wouldn't expect the rocks to cast shadows on top of the arch's shadows because they look like they are much higher up. The sun would have to be pretty high, and then I'd expect the arch to have a shorter shadow.
  7. I really dig the first one, the second one i don't find as visually stimulating.
  8. Hey, thatnks for the comment. I did try to take a few from lower angles, but as i was shooting in low light i needed to use my tripod, as such i could only get to about 50cm off the floor at it's lowest setting. I'm hoping to visit a few more places like this over the summer, I'll be sure to bear you comment in mind.
  9. Very cool stuff, fit's L4D quite nicely.
  10. Thought it was about time I made a thread to show off some of my stuff in, I have enough work I do for myself that doesn't get put out into the wild. Here's a selection of photo's I took at the weekend.

    The Pacific

I agree, but i can see why two Americans would want to tell an American story. We need the same from one of our best directors. I am however looking forward to this, BoB was a great mix of drama and action.
  12. I really like the colours in that, nice stuff.
  13. Love the idea of the disco. And those screens you have there look seriously impressive.
  14. I'd actually have time to compete in this one now, so id be up for it.
  15. Yeah, looks great. It's nice to see some more quality custom SP content on the way.
  16. Nice, looking forward to it .
  17. You know that means we need a fishbowl car now . It's looking very good guys .
  18. Looking reall good, AvP2 is one of my all time favourite games. Visually it's looking very sharp, I'm looking forward to this i just hope they don't mess this up .
  19. http://www.teamfortress.com/spyupdate/ UNLOCKED - Welcome to the internets: Fail to understand what 'Private' means on YouTube.
  20. I like how it has more of a narrative, all the others have been more like monologues. My favourite one yet.
  21. Yeah, really like the style. It's nicely detailed, and your custom props look good. The only thing that looks odd is the giant pears dotted around, i guess this is some kind of GM food factory which explains why the pears are so large, but it doesn't explain why there where you ahve put them.
  22. Visually all of those maps look great, very refreshing change of scenery. Though i expect i will only really ever play the payload map for any serious amount of time.
  23. Wow, brilliant timing. Was just about to give this another go after i got stuck in the first one and havent tried since. Looking forward to it.

    Birds

I really like the first one with the Pheasant, you've caught the colours in his feathers nicely
  25. They look good to me. All i might say is the bottom of the first is quite dark, this could only be a problem depending on where/ how you plan on using it though.
