lol what are you doing on mapcore then? poke646 is the best singleplayer mod for hl1 and might only be beaten by its successor. Okay so just because i havent heard about a mod out there means i should not be on mapcore?

In that case its probably best to have the low poly surrounding the high poly a tad. Make sure nothing is intersecting

Hmm no You only have to uvma the lowpoly. Make sure the low poly has roughly the same dimensions and the high poly and then render the normalmap from it. If its not good enough tweakt he lowpoly untill the resulkts are good

They're balls, go listen to Within Temptation for decent warbly female fronted metal, preferably the album 'Enter'. I like them and i got all albums from within temptation dutch awesomeness:D
