It's just a funny video. It is perhaps a little tasteless that they specifically named it after the supposed stupidity of Americans, but it is primarily a video of really stupid people. They just happen to live in America. ... although I don't think I've ever encountered someone who would seriously point to Australia and think it was North Korea or Iran, or pretty much any of the other stupid answers in that video.
