Taylor Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 We need D3adlode to hurry up and post his unheard of underground bands that are apparently really, really good but don’t want to go ‘mainstream’ and so just have really, really shit names and lyrics about blasé subjects on purpose to prevent themselves ever being popular. Then he could perhaps belittle the forum over their music choices, not of the level of entertainment provided by them, but by how popular they are. The more popular the music you listen to is the more you are a tool of the evil media and a mindless zombie who DOESN’T UNDERSTAND MUSIC and is just using it as a SOCIAL POINT like mere puppets of a hidden hand. Maybe now, it won’t happen Anyway, here’s my entire collection. I just throw the whole thing on Winamp, hit random and pray to god that I don’t get Mindless Self Indulgence - I'm Your Problem Now or .Hack Sign when my parents walk in and question my being. Peach, Tool, Boards of Canada and Mindless Self Indulgence are current favs. I have way too much stupid American Punk, I should clear that out. Can't sing, can't think of anything clever to say? Can you insult the president, or talk about going to the loo or something equally boring and uninspired? Can you sing in a way not dissimilar to talking really fast? Join our band as a singer now! Can you alternate between two chords for 3 minutes? Join our band as a guitarist now! Can you hit the snare and hi-hat? Join our band as a drummer now! Don't forget to end the song by just stopping and start by some predictable filler section followed by the song starting up in full swing. Brilliant. Shit, I just criticised someone for doing this.
