Puddy Posted November 1, 2012 Report Posted November 1, 2012 I wouldn't say that sharks with limbs is "pretty generic". But what do I know... That's about the only thing that sticks out (and it's what the gaming media always pick up on). The soldiers, weapons, gameplay, environments... none of that is communicating it's own style imho. Mazy Posted November 1, 2012 Report Posted November 1, 2012 Aye, best of luck to them, but I find it highly unlikely they they'll even get close to 600k Quote

Valid point. They try to tell a story about humans colonizing outside out solar system, but the guns still look like there was no progress in weapons development. (I think they should have at least GR:Future soldier like equipment.) I still find many of the planned gameplay aspects quite impressive: Quote
Steppenwolf Posted November 1, 2012 Report Posted November 1, 2012 Been following this occasionaly over the years. I wish them the best of luck but it's gonna be hard. FPS + Kickstarter doesn't mix well unfortunately. Perhaps also a bit of bad luck with timing now that Dust 514 is just around the corner and is most likely there to stay for many years and covering much of the niche IM is aiming for imo. Quote
Vilham Posted November 1, 2012 Report Posted November 1, 2012 The shooting gallery was pretty cool actually. Nice that is runs in browser too. Quote
Skjalg Posted November 2, 2012 Report Posted November 2, 2012 Looks cool, but its a little hard taking them seriously with that accent Quote
Pericolos0 Posted November 2, 2012 Report Posted November 2, 2012 I wish there was a bit more personality to this game. It's so generic generic generic.. Quote
Zarsky Posted November 7, 2012 Report Posted November 7, 2012 TotalBiscuit interviews Kim Jørgensen about their project. He asks some very good questions, and I recommend watching, if there's even a slight interest in this project. Gives a better understanding of what they're trying to achieve. At the moment, their team consist of only two guys, with a few more waiting to join if they get the funding. Quote
