  6. Hej Guys, I thought I post this here cause we where talking about it in the WIP Thread. Map is basically done. Its a 1v1 multi Arena Map for the ongoing Reddit Contest. Its basically 16 instances of the same "arena" - or in my case, the interior of a small Church. Its meant to be played with the "Multi Arena" Serverplugin, but it seems like normal Deathmatch works aswell.   7. Yeah its CS - theres a reddit contest for creating small 1v1 arenas. Its played with a server plugin Its actially .25 (its from infernew) - but shrinking it down maybe a good idea ill try it thank you

  9. I know I actually like maps that differ from the typical 3-lane-layout with a set number of paths / entrances and so on. But I think the timings (rush / rotate) combined with the layout choices can lead to a heavily ct-sided map. Couldnt attend the playtest yesterday over on reddit but i think ive read "too ctsided" more than one time in the comments. I really like the overall layout - the heavy focus on mid control is a nice touch - but I think the timings will break its neck if they stay like they are right now.
  10. havent played it with real people yet - but the timings seem like way of for my taste CTs are able to get into defending positions way earlier than the Ts are on the sites and the routes are pretty sniper heavy + you can smoke / molotov of every entrances on the sites

  12. Looking really good - can we get a overview? Only thing I can say for now is that it doenst look too "once abandoned / hidden in the jungle" atm - but its still a wip so ill wait for screens to come Good job so far!

  14. Ive looked at it too. Impressive work guys! I Like the Layout, its an interesting Idea. Besides the obvious clipping bugs and the stuff RA7 said: I think you should widen the door near T-Spawn leading towards the upper site, its going to be a blockfest and makes rushing that route impossible if one of your mates gets stuck. The rotation time for CTs holding the upper site going lower could be too fast (using the elevator drop or the "pipe drop". Last thing which i really didnt like was that long staircase - I get that its a connector and the long stairs should slow down rotations from lower to upper. But its a deathtrap. If you are rotating and the enemy team sees you while doing, you are caught on that thing with no cover. Besides that its way to narrow, resulting in an easy to predict one-dimensioned movement. Thats easily one of the most reallistc looking CS:GO Maps ive seen so far - good job! PS: Reminds me of BF4

  16. The crouchspamming was a big problem in CS:S if i remember correctly. For example: you could hit crouch multiple times behind the crate on d2 b-site. The enemy couldnt see your head while entering from tunnel and you could hit them.

  19. Had that in my last job, too. I had weeks without anything to work on (as an 2nd /3rd-lvl Software-Support). I had to move to another Position after not generating enough money for a while - which i didnt like. While the moving process was in the making, a friend called me and was super stoked. He had a new job for me. Im coding websites now (php / jquery) - feels good

  22. Havent checked it out ingame, but i thinkt the T-route on the right side could be a problem. Have you checked the timings?
  23. I really like the Server. Ive played a few rounds with friends - its always a blast. But (as Logic said) the rotation is too big. I think a mix of old operation maps and shiny new maps would be good (- cache).
  24. Im working on a dm / demolition Map. Walls are still pretty flat and boring - but its getting better!
