Haha yeah that English girl was so annoying. Nobody, NOBODY says 'loves', plural, here in the UK. It was such a terrible, clichéd version of an English person Just watched the cinematic, looked cool! Very Pixar esque.

I'd hate to drive on the roads that most Source mappers make

Hmmm, I dunno what I think of this really. I think Blizzard have such an awesome collection of truly memorable IPs, but this feels like some kind of Heroes of the Storm collection of characters that we've just seen in Blizzard games before (bar a few new kinda characters). I just don't know how it's gonna fit into their existing stuff. I expected a little more from Blizzard rather than just jumping on the moba bandwagon again. However, I'll sign up and I may be proven wrong

There's always gonna be one better!

Had a good few games of this today, really enjoying it so far. Feels a little faster than I expected it to, but it's fun nonetheless.

Doesn't look that far off the numbers I've seen tbh. Interesting! The games I've worked on before have sold a fair bit more than what they say on VGchartz.
-
I wouldn't trust VGchartz guys.

Let the bromance commence.

Yeah it's really good so far. That clown man, that bloody clown. Terrifying!

Yeah I watched it after Guardians of the Galaxy, expecting it to be as good as that, but it just felt really lame and it was so cheesy. Don't think I even finished it.

I preferred HP's thread you dictator! Just watched the trailer. I don't get the big hype around these huge super hero films. I guess it's just not my kind of film!

Glad you enjoyed it HP. I left CA with kind of a bitter taste in my mouth really, thinking that the game could have been so much better and I gotta say, I was completely wrong. I had a blast playing through the game with fresh eyes (I hadn't seen half the levels). Obviously some things could have been better but then you could say that about any game. For CA's first non RTS game (I never played Viking which was meant to be a shambles), they really pulled it out the bag. Just goes to show that you should be super patient whilst working on games. Quite often, things will pull through in the last few months. And I think you need to take a step back and look at the game you're working on a little more objectively and view it as a final product rather than focusing on the little things. That's a hard thing to do when you're an environment artist and every little detail matters, but there you go. Lesson learned.

DS1 is 10x better than DS2, Peri. Definitely pick it up!

I never found a part where the saves were too far apart. Just stop being rubbish ;p

I remember watching the Star Wars trilogy with my little brother at my nan and grandad's house on VHS when I was little. It will always have a special place in my heart because of that! Anyway, really looking forward to this. I kinda don't wanna see any more info on this from now on!

I can't wait to cross the line into mass genocide! Yay!

I met him briefly when I was waiting to go in for my interview at CA. He seemed very... French.

I can't tell if you're some kind of troll, lol. Here's some quotes that have just about as much relevance! Don't live in a town where there are no doctors. Jewish Proverb The prime purpose of eloquence is to keep other people from talking. Louis Vermeil

HEY NOW! Glasses are sexy babeh. I mean, come on, just look at this face.

They're only 'experimenting' because other people have a sense of morality and realise that this is a really unneccessary game to make. As Pete said, are you meant to care for this protagonist? I think it says a lot about you guys as people that you can't wait to play a game where the aim is to murder as many innocents as possible. Sure, you can do it in GTA etc, but that isn't the goal of the game. This is just fucked up.

Why are they sending a corn farmer into space?
-
That is a really fucking stupid idea for a game.
-
Yeah they sound like a team of OAPs trying to escape the care home from the oppressive care worker aka xenomorph.
