The dusk version looks pretty sweet! I think the map could benefit a lot from some atmospheric elements, such as fog or whatever. The map currently lacks depth. The foreground and background have the same intensities, not how it happens in real life:

I tried some fog in the map but found this to be the best setting, there is actually some fog but only in the 3d skybox and very thin. I actually dont like very much the fog effect in source, because you can see the plan were it starts as you move and turn,so it doesnt look so natural. But maybe Im missing some trick here, I didnt spend much time trying and learning the fog settings. I considered putting a thicker fog in the dawn version as it would give the feeling of a foggy morning, I should´ve spent more time trying different fog settings.

A custom skybox with distant mountains was also something I was thinking to improve the depth, but I found out its not such an easy thing to do.
