So I have been kindly reminded that I haven't given any updates in here for a long... long time. Hell, it's about time! Chemotherapy is over. I can tell you it was not the best, happy times of my life. It was really an eye opener to me as to the suffering of other people, as I couldn't even guess what it would be to go through something like that at an older age or if you already have some other kind of illness or disability. Heck, now that I think of it I got it off easy, not only was my cancer not at all a big threat to my life but I started treatment entirely healthy and it only lasted for 2 months. Some people do this over six months and that would have been insane! As for what happens now I've done blood tests and an MRI but so far it has been inconclusive if I'll need another round of treatment or not. As far as how I'm feeling I'm doing great, but I have to keep doing exams every other week to check if there is any change. I can't yell "I'm healed" yet but it definitely feels good to be over with chemo, even if just for a while. Other than that I've been playing some Guild Wars 2 as some of you who have me on facebook must have known and I'm devoting a lot of my free time to play some tabletop modern boardgames. Today I might play some Galaxy Trucker and I encourage everyone here to at least buy a copy of Ticket to Ride to play with friends and family!

Hi everyone! It is a great pleasure for me to present to you our latest project: Dragons: wild skies. This is the best gameplay video I could find of it: After roughly 4 months of production, much effort was put in this game based off the world of Dreamwork's "How to train your dragon". The game is featured on Cartoon Network's site for the premiere of the TV series "Dragons: Riders of Berk". As a young dragon tamer and trainer you have to brave the wilds and learn about each dragon before you are finally able to ride it and complete the many challenges scattered around the maps. I'll have some more details about production and pre-production soon, but for now I would really appreciate to hear what do you guys think of it, both about the execution and presentation as well as gameplay. This was a real milestone for us as it is not an advergame like all the previous ones we have done as well as a big challenge and we put a lot of effort to bring it to life in such a tight schedule. I'm really proud of the whole team and would be really happy to share your thoughts, criticisms and compliments with them

Ahhh Civ. Loved it, but soon you'll notice the terrible AI problems and become quite mad. The curve to getting there is a joy though, enjoy while it lasts! I've got a great MOD on my machine that makes the game incredibly more fun... I'll post a link once I get a chance to see what its called so you can give it a shot.

That`s where I died so I`m around the same place as you where. I take my time to explore and fully clear each area, so I may be considered "slow" =P But level 30 around halfway act3 sounds like right to me

Hehehehe, keep checking those balls man! Just a small update, I'm nearly done with the first round of chemo. Must say I'm not in my best shape, but then noone was expecting me to anyway. I spend around 3 hours a day in the clinic taking the meds. I mainly spend that time reading and watching TV comfortably in a chair with my servan... nurses assisting in whatever I want, pretty spiffy if you ask me. As for work I've been going to the studio everyday helping with the prototypes we are making for another work for hire, but the GDD part I'm really lacking behind. Sitting in front of the PC typing and drawing gives me a bit of nausea, so my efficency dropped significantly and stuff that should take me a few days is taking a whole week to get done... I'm really not trying to stress over the fact that there's noone else to do these things in there, and I know that the project as a whole will suffer greatly from it, but what can I do right? Man gotta get better, fuck the police! I can't wait to get to the point of shaving my head though. I'm purposedly letting my hair and beard get to "distressed" status, a few more days and I should look like a total maniac. And then:

Heh... not so much. I just finished the 3rd season and WTF?!? The hell did I watch!!! As far as work goes, I'm not at the hospital! I'm at home and life hasn't changed aside from regular blood exams every other week. I'm trying to keep life going as much as I can so, yeah, if I can I'll go to work regardless. Of course I'm trying not to be stressed out and I'm not taking on a lot right now, but I definately feel better like this other than staying at home just doing nothing. So yeah, unless I feel very sick, I'm not going to skip on work. Good thing I have loads of fun with what I do heh? =)

Well as much as I wished to just call it done and go get drunk, the doctors think it would be "safer" for me to take some time and get some further treatment. The cowards are calling this the "safe bet" and they plan to inject me with some sort of chemothrapist compuds that would hunt down any fast-replicating cells in my body and kill them. It's gonna be one hell of a safari in here as I've been always told how I'm a very fast self-replicating cell type of guy. So yeah, I've had my first application of chemotherapy today. I'm gonna have two more applications throughout the next few months. I don't feel anything as bad as I was expecting, but then it's the very first day. At any height, at least its excuses to sit on my lazy ass all day and finish watching Battlestar: Galactica. And before anyone gets concerned or anything its not one of those cases where I have, say, 60% chances of making it. This cancer has a 100% chance of being cured with treatment, so it's just a matter or surviving the treatment itself, which should be no harder than taking a crap, it's ugly, but you (mostly) come out clean the other side.

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know that i'm already home under my sister's care Everything went very smoothly with the operation. I managed to count to two before blacking out. Gonna be a few days of laying back doing nothing until I'm up and about. The tests to determine the nature and stage of the cancer aren't until next week, so I have nothing to worry about for a few days

Hahahaha thanks man! Hey, I'm sure I'll get back to it in no time Some news =) My Tomography results are not ready yet. However I'll be entering surgery Thursday at 13:30. Should be back home on Friday and have a nice week of rest and hopefully much reading and playing games =P After that I'll have my shiny bionic testicle and the doctors will be able to probe at the evil tumor to finally determine its nature and objectives on this planet. Here is hoping it is nothing, but if it turns out to be some alien parasite I wont give it a fair fight and drown it's spawns in deadly chemicals (chemotherapy). Wish me luck!
