I chose the generic theme to actually get a map done, since I would start over again and again and yeah that kinda stuff. You've probably already heard me say these things like a million times on here. But once I get the level a bit more optimised and polished just a tinyyy bit, I'll submit for a playtest surely

Yet another shitty update has been released on the workshop. Reworked mid a bit, map is like 85% done blah blah no one fucking cares. Go have a look for yourself If you want to.

Thank you! Well, I'm almost finished with the detailing, so if I changed everything now to a new theme, then everything I've made the past 5 months or so has just been a waste of time (pretty much all the detailing). It is my own fault that I didn't really listen to the feedback, which I got in the first couple of playtests with like "You should change the theme" and so on. It's been a learning project for the most part, so I guess I've learned, that every bit of feedback matters in some way or another. Right now I just want a map that's finished, so I can feel accomplished.

It's been more of a learning project actually. I wanted to just finish something rather then scrap the map, which I've done wayyy to much. That's why I chose such an easy theme to make. I do have 2 other maps planned and that's gonna require some custom content to make. Perhaps I could make a remake of Riverside in the future with a better theme and better visuals.

Detailing is almost done on de_riverside. 2 buildings left to be detailed and then It's gonna be a fuck ton of polishing, clipping the entire level and optimisation... and then release

New update released on de_riverside. Most changes has been happening around bombsite B for this update. This weekend I will hopefully get some work done with the 3D skybox and possibly add some sort of landmark that catfood requested. but whatever, go check it out here.

Now when I look around, not much has actually changed in terms of details. Wires has more slack, some small inaccessible areas and stuff. But oh well. If you want to check it out then go ahead. (btw, the radar was made in a hurry, so that's why It's not that good) Download Have some screenshots: Is this enough slack?

Hello people. It's been little over a month now, and I've pretty much just taken a break from map making overall. But a lot still has changed since the last update (just details actually) Next update will be released very soon, since I still need to pack the files and get it compiled. EDIT: Well, compile fucking failed. Stuck on PortalFlow: 9... for over 2 hours now. Last compile in total was only 1½ hours which was yesterday.
