yeah, when I was a kid we would play this really awesome Dr. Who game on our C64. I tried it a few years ago through an emulator and man it was not awesome. But recently I was playing Doom and was really getting into it, so I think if the game is good enough sometimes it can hold up to the test of time.

I agree, I'm in the same boat. I turn 36 this year and have recently been into level design myself. I'm just trying to learn as much as I can on my own. So yeah, I say go for it and good luck.

I really like this. I think maybe you could add some lights on the buildings with a nice glow. That would be cool. Going to download this when I get home today.

Yeah, I see what you're saying but it was working for me. I was using it close range, one shot to the head. It works well is you're like ninja. But if I was surrounded by zombies or bandits I would switch to my revolver and run.

I've had the same character for about 5-6 hours, I spawned right before sunrise and was running up the coast to Chernogorsk when about 10 zombies started chasing me. I ran onto a small wooden dock and turned around ready to start blasting when I noticed the zombies couldn't climb onto the dock. To conserve rounds and carefully popped each zombie in the head with my Mackarov. The sun had risen and I then made my way over to Chernogorsk to get some real supplies. I was able to find a crossbow, revolver and a larger backpack. I killed two bandits and explored some more. I then found a watch, hunting knife and flashlight. I decided then to make my way up to Devil's Castle about 80km north. Along the way I killed a boar and gutted him for the meat. I went through some small towns and in one I found a hunting rifle with a really nice scope. It was a hard decision but I decided to take it and leave my crossbow. After running north for about an hour I finally made my way over to Devil's Castle. I'm thinking next time I will make my way over to the airfield and see if I can find some better stuff. I wish I still had my crossbow.

I played this game last weekend and had a insane wait time trying to connect. You have to be really patient. Once your in a server it's cool though. So I was running through the forest out in the middle of nowhere when I notice another player running towards me. I was thinking, finally someone to play with, but then I noticed he had 20 Zeds behind him. I didn't have time to react fast enough so when he ran past and all the zombies killed me. The new update screwed me up because I can't figure out how to bandage now, so I keep dying from blood loss. What servers do you play on? I usually try the TX ones and then the UK ones.

yeah, the survival aspect is what makes this cool. It could be mutated kangaroos your running from and I think it would still work.

I'll try it out with you. The world seems so huge and dangerous. From the home page: "Not only that we also have created custom vehicles which can be repaired and ridden around to show the world what you're made of!" After watching your video I was thinking about how you would need to roll dice to see how many moves you get, like a board game. Then that reminded me of this: By the way, does the blue glowing floor teleport you randomly?
