Meh, still looks quite boring and missing that something.

Didn't they modify the overtime to work so, that it's shorter and can't be dragged on forever? Maybe not, but I've also had few matches where I saw my friend on point but match ended anyway.

I think the D. Va being immune to her self-destruct blast is just not needed. Junkrat, Pharah, Bastion and Tracer can be killed by their own ultimate, why make a change to this rule? It will make very unfair situations, where D. Va can hold the cart while using the mech as a shield before blast, then clear the area with the blast, call a new mech and keep on going. The other buffs are already big enough to make her almost a one-star hero in difficulty.

I wish there was a dislike button for these forum posts, at least this time. Smurfs are fucking awful and ruin games for others.

Seriously, it seems 90% of the matches (science not done) I seem to be the only one capable of doing stuff, because if I die, point will be taken from our team, payload will be pushed towards us and all that shit. It's like, I get always some total fucking noobs in my team. It's not fun at all, getting sick of it. Sucks I rarely get good matches with random people. I really like the game and all the potential it has, but at the same time, don't really know if this'll be fun for long unless I can consistently get full-group of friends whenever I want to play. It's not about losing or winning a match, really. I could even say, if people would have some basic game-sense at least, that'd take us far already.

What's a "phase-move"? If you mean the "Wraith Form" where Reaper is floating and can't take damage, then that one can't be cancelled. I've tried.

This game's amazing, but mostly when played with friends! With bunch of randoms (more than 3+) it gets roll of dice if you get people with head in their ass or not (mostly yes). Players who play attacking-sniper, but not taking any proper positions or pushing, for example. With friends, it's way more fun and strategical. When you lose, you know the enemy-team outplayed you. Tracer is probably my favourite hero: "Cheers, love! The cavalry's here!"

It's not really the same. Silo is now super-easy, anyone can get there now. Also, B-site has toxic moved, only one vent and new corridor leading to it from secret. At A-site, you can ez-pz-lmn-sqz get to the rafters from the site.

The game was quite short. Went through the story in under 90min. It has some endless and challenge modes, we'll see how far they can last.
-
Finally it's going to be released! Hopefully they have some level editor for this, would be really cool to recreate scenes from movies and such.

Looks like game made for lots of cool and fun over the top action! It's also awesome they're making tools so people can make levels.

When I got it working the first time, it was streaming my desktop from the first monitor. Then I got hint/message that it's recommended to turn on the Big Picture Mode, which I then did (can be done on TV using Steam Controller or just going to PC and then turn it on there with one mouse click, which was easier for me). To get back to desktop, turn off the Big Screen Mode.

Received the Steam hardware today. They're all set up and I did some tests on different games. Steam Link: It was very simple to get the thing working. I was running it as wireless on 1080p (I'll probably get an ethernet cable for it in few weeks) and it was very responsive. Image was clear and sharp on my 42" screen. This was the first time I actually used the Steam's Big Picture for real. Seems like a nice system, works well (occasionally it lagged a bit) and looks nice too. Good thing with Steam Link is, that you can stream your desktop from it, not just Steam or Steam's games, which I thought would've been the case. Don't know what else to tell after few hours or testing, it's quite a solid product actually. Steam Controller: The firmware that was on by default, made the cursor twitch even when the controller was on the table and still. Connected it to PC and installed latest firmware, which made it work nicely so I could start the playing now. I felt like some 3 years old kid playing games for the first time. In HL1, I was playing the training. Aim was on the ground or ceiling, missed the platforms more often than it's legal, missed few jumps, almost blew myself with M203 and after all that, I thought that maybe I shouldn't even try using the train in the end, just walk on the tracks.. but I took the train and it worked nicely. So I was starting to get better with it! Controller is still very hard to use though, requires some learning for sure. The touchpad-thingies are something that need some proper fiddling to be adjusted nicely.

I just ordered Steam Link and Controller. I can't wait! Any pro-tips or things I should know about?
-
If you remember, in Doom there were clean rooms too occasionally using "silver" textures.
-
And why they need to bundle those speakers and controller with it? I just want the damn goggles, I have the rest already.

One might think the Oculus Rift could've been abit cheaper after a big company bought it with many monies. Then again, that company was Facebook.
-
Watched it yesterday. It was awesome, but death of Yoda brought me to tears.
-
Oh fuck, a revolver!
-
Mmmm.. such nice looking assets you have made there. Also, I still haven't bought this game. Need to fix this problem ASAP!

Some people consider these as fun, which is why they cheat: * You get to piss off people * You can be overpowered * You can do stuff not usually possible in normal play * You can be the best without too much effort ...and probably plenty of other stuff not mentioned. It's just how some people want to live and do stuff in their life. Also, the game's going on sale quite often for ~4 EUR, so it's not really that expensive to buy few extra copies. You can even make some of the money back from lucky drops after matches.

But slow is more realistic man! Also, you can make maps use less art/work if they're smaller (no need to make large maps for slow-paced game).
-
Doesn't matter, it can still show how you've created space and geometry in the level so far. It'll tell quite a lot of the map actually.

Insert it with the file-ending, then it'll work (add .jpg at the end and it'll lead to the actual image, not just the page with the image).
