Normal Map with blender

Blender can only bake world-space normal maps, which store the normal information and the lighting information of a single scene. What you want are tangent-space normalmaps, which store the normal information only, so it can be lit dynamically. You have to slap a material on your model and do a full render bake, as described here: http://wiki.freegamedev.net/index.php/B ... map_baking

PS. Don't be such jerks guys :P

EDIT: Great, bumped a thread. :-|
