As a Senior Level Designer will work with one of our major projects and create levels in our inhouse toolset. You will be part of a highly dedicated team of level designers. Experience from tools such as Radiant, Hammer or Unreal is preferred. The position is full time, on site at our studio in Uppsala, Sweden. Located just north of Stockholm. We are not taking any freelance applicants for this position. EXPERIENCE [*:3f14naq2]A minimum of two years of experience from working in the games industry [*:3f14naq2]Several years of experience from creating levels in Radiant, Hammer or Unreal [*:3f14naq2]Solid understanding of creating levels in BSP [*:3f14naq2]At least one shipped title SKILLS [*:3f14naq2]Great artistic skills in creating highly detailed environments [*:3f14naq2]Good skills in texturing and lighting is meriting [*:3f14naq2]Great communication skills [*:3f14naq2]Deep knowledge of game pacing and design of single player levels [*:3f14naq2]Good understanding of the technical aspects to creating levels (memory budgets etc) Send your application to jobs(a)starbreeze.com by August 31:st 2009.
