D'Artagnan (WIP) is a classic 5v5, bomb defusal map set in a French town at the coast. This is my submission for the Mapcore 2024 - Big Adventures Contest. It's also my first map ever made for CS, having had no experience with the hammer editor before, it has been a blast though! I spent roughly 2.5 months on the blockout. With 2 in-house playtest and feedback sessions, where 8~10 people of varying skill levels played against each other. The sessions provided me with very valuable feedback, after which I made some drastic changes. More changes will be made in the future, after the new version has been playtested again. I am still unsure about a lot of the pathways, would love to get more feedback! Hope you have at least half as much fun as I have working on the map!
