I've sorta dropped off the face of the earth recently. Decided to practice some Zbrush and Substance to keep my skillset 'sharp'! Did this over a few nights this week, it was good fun. Just an exercise in sculpting and creating nice fabric materials in Substance. Nothing groundbreaking ![]()

Been working on some assets in blender. I'm not quite sure what i'll use them for yet, most likely something to do with UE4. Thought id show em here. The jeep isn't quite done, but the rest is pretty close.

Also I've set the jeep up so that I can tint it's paint color with one material. In total it comes out to around 11,000 poly's.

You need to use smoothing for those curved faces. Go into mesh properties and activate autosmooth (180 deg), smooth faces and mark sharp edges where necessary.

Yeah I missed those trim curves thanks for pointing it out
I prefer to use the edge split modifier, they pretty much do the same thing and i'm just used to using it.

I tried doing some fancy displacement with the sakura tree, but ended up with these nasty seams cos I don't know what I'm doing
ItzOmega Love the shapes but I'd take the noise in your rust way way down to start, and I don't know if it's the lighting setup but I think a warmer color scheme would complement the cartoonish geometry a little better.
