Damn innovative design. Honestly, never saw a better one. Only the cockpit needs adjustements. I'd suggest to make notchs and attachements at the edges.

3k tris
Windows look kinda wierd, should be darker I think and less blue. In addition you should also remove the shinyness from the upper trim and let the spec map handle that.

I have major problems with seing where your 3k tris went.
Post an overlay wire or something.
stolve: the windows are reverse extruded and round -> lots of polies and as you can see those roofstruts are modeled too. and there are quite a few in the scene. those pillars are 3d too. i think its okay. you shouldnt judge polycounts by such a screenshot. the thing that matters is what you will notice ingame and as far as i know you might make some zooms/closeups to this building and warby has surely som LODs with less polygons while not that close to it.
i like it warby. i notice you added a trim at the roof to hide the uv cuts. ![]()
Is it just me or does the UV mapping on the roof tiles seem stretched or, I dont know, weird?
Looks cool. If it's for the skybox, I'd say that 3k tris is excessive, though (considering that the skybox is rendered pretty much all the time)
Looks much better with those changes and when rendered!
And yes Tom, I also think the roof tiles look a tad stretched.
