you've missed my points here. I'm not saying put needless polygons in it. i'm saying put polygons where they are more effective.

small errors you have are papers under the counter by the way
-
Anyway, it looks really cool, i like this way to do lowpoly and texturing
-
nice work. sharpen the surface textures more perhaps
-
Ferrets advice is good. add more detail to that window area perhaps?
Hi poly props are good though, in real life an empty room is boring and its the furniture that brings all the interest.

Thanks for the feedback. 2 important crits then are the paper under the desk (how did it get under a huge heavy desk?) and of course the poly count question. I think those drawers are fine but as I think von sees it there needs to be more balance. I might try and add dents into the wall or add extra 'props' such as radiators, pipes etc.

a ceiling based fan would be neat
-
Yea looks promising~

...it is starting to expand a bit now. Not so sure about the coridoor area, it feels cheap somehow...and that ceiling is dubious isn't it?

probably needs to be lit properly before we could comment. But I like the peeling walls. Thats a nice touch.
