Bought a 7th gen Ipod nano and some headphones. Thinking of going back to the gym so I need some musics!
Fuck that looks tense. Excited for this!
Haha this gave me a chuckle:
Why is it not in Fallout yet?!

I could imagine something like this being very awesome in a games like ARMA, CS:GO and other shooters where being quiet gives you an advantage. Being able to use hand gestures instead of voice commands and making an noise would be awesome. Of course people use external voice chat programs but it's another step towards some pretty immersive action.
Still, for myself, I think the Rift will really shine in games where the players is seated or stationary in the game. For example racing games and flight sims. At least then you will get a more authentic experience I guess? In shooters your eyes will see movement but your body won't be moving.

I agree. The rift really excites me but this illumiroom doesn't excite me at all. It looks pretty distracting to me actually.
Also, if you have a projector why wouldn't you just clear the wall and have one huge screen? I know this is mostly to give the impression of peripheral vision but it doesn't look great at all ![]()
Awesome stuff guys! ![]()
Just flicked through it at work and it looks very in-depth. Shall definitely be giving it a good read later on. Thanks for the link!
Quote from SjonssonAre there ever any spoilers in this thread? Cause I really don't want my favorite series spoiled! :<
Sometimes, but people put them in spoiler tags like these below:
QuoteExample spoiler lol Snape killed Dumbledore
So just avoid those and you'll be fine ![]()
Saw GoT last night and it was bloody awesome ![]()
I downloaded War Thunder and I am REALLY enjoying it at the moment. I love WW2 and the fighter planes and bombers were awesome looking back then but I'm not a very good flier when it comes to planes. Helicopters I'm fine with, it's just planes that I suck at flying.
But the simple control system in War Thunder makes flying a joy and puts you on a near enough level playing field with the rest of the guys on arcade mode. For a F2P game it looks great too and the variety of planes available is pretty big!
Going to have to try some of the harder modes soon which have more complicated flight models.
Reminded me of this
(obviously yours are better!)
