Just found out about this today, didn't noticed this topic before.

Just want to congratulate with all the designers and artists who made the cut for this new (awesome) Valve initiative [Blocked Image: http://forum.multiplayer.it/images/faccine/clap.gif]

It's awesome that Valve does these smart things to give back to the community contributors. We have the Dota 2 item creators who, as many of you know, are able to make a living nowadays from the item sales alone.

Quick question: "How has Operation Payback been?"

Of course, the most important thing IMHO is to have our maps getting official and noticed by Valve.

I'm aware that this was the first one, and it's still pretty recent. But how's the payout going? Good? Bad?

hmm so this silence means that rick and fmpone were indeed using the ancient techniques of sarcasm. right?

ah gawd. I was hoping that thing could be as good as what's been happening with Dota 2.

I too am genuinely curious if it worked out for everyone because I can honestly say that every time I am in a full server that switches to any of these maps, there is a serious shit storm of people bitching and leaving the server. Are CS players just THAT unable to play new things?
