    Lead Game Designer

    Bajo la supervisión del Director de Proyecto y el Productor, y trabajando estrechamente con los Jefes de Programación y Arte, liderarás un equipo de diseñadores para concebir y llevar a cabo nuevos conceptos de Juego On-line casuales. Esto incluirá, entre otras, las siguientes responsabilidades:

    Responsabilidades:

     Crear, mantener y coordinar la documentación de diseño de juego (Diseño Conceptual, Documento de Diseño Detallado, …).

     Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de Producción, Arte y Programación en la definición de hitos de desarrollo.

     Velar por la integridad y consistencia del diseño de juego a lo largo de todo el proyecto.

     Gestionar las opiniones y críticas al diseño, tanto internas como externas, dando una dirección clara y consistente al equipo de Diseño.

    Responsabilidades específicas:

     Dirigir y asistir al equipo de Diseñadores, velando por el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción establecidos para el departamento.

     Organizar y gestionar la producción de documentación y planes de trabajo, asignando y supervisando tareas del equipo de Diseño.

     Detectar y anticipar riesgos, aportando soluciones prácticas a los problemas de diseño detectados.

     Documentar y comunicar toda aquella información relevante, tanto a otros diseñadores como a jefes de otros departamentos.

    Requerimientos:

     +2 años de experiencia profesional en diseño de videojuegos (con al menos 1 juego publicado, preferiblemente en el ámbito on-line).

     Excelentes habilidades de presentación y comunicación verbal y escrita, capaz de transmitir conceptos creativos de una forma clara y concisa.

     Altas dosis de creatividad e ingenio, capaz de idear conceptos originales y atractivos, y transformarlos en productos realizables y entretenidos.

     Sólidos conocimientos en materia de diseño de videojuegos y sus reglas / teorías / principios.

    Preferencias:

     Conocimiento de las tendencias actuales en materia de juegos on-line, comunidades y mundos virtuales, y sus modelos de negocio.

     Formación específica en diseño de videojuegos.

    Pyro Studios es la empresa española líder en desarrollo de videojuegos (serie Commandos, Praetorians e Imperial Glory) y una de las más reconocidas a nivel mundial desde que fue fundada en 1.996.

    En la actualidad, trabaja desde sus estudios situados en La Calle Hermanos García Noblejas, nº 37 C, de Madrid, en nuevos proyectos que abarcan distintos géneros y van orientados a distintas plataformas. El tipo de contrato ofrecido es de larga duración.

    The video game tester will test the game (a next-gen 3rd person action shooter) in the early stages of production, looking for, reporting and tracking bugs, and reporting on all newly implemented mechanics. He will work under the supervision of the lead coder.

    Main Responsibilities:
