Haven't added a better skybox and some details are missing from a few areas.
It seems that the boards on the window aren't casting shadows, otherwise good.

As production ramps up, we are in need of your help to file some vacant positions, namely Level Designer, Texture Artist, Character Modeler, and Environmental Artist
Level Designer
Your job will be to use written descriptions and concepts provided to create the level. Our levels vary in structure, ranging from a bombed out city to the Climate Controller itself.
Requirements:
-Very proficient in Hammer.
-Knowledgeable about how to script
-Advanced lighting knowledge
-Examples of previous work

Thanks for more comments, after looking it over, I do think the bloom was a bit to much, but mostly because of HDR. (I used env_lightglow)

After a few month's work the map is finally complete! The map has gone through several private alpha and beta tests to make sure there are no gameplay or graphical errors. The map was tested on two servers:
72.249.10.10:27015
80.190.78.54:27015
Both are great servers, so be sure to check them out.
The story:
"The map will be based in an overgrown, ancient factory. Think of the soft wind rustling through the cracks and holes of a by gone time. With the eerie silence that completely surrounds you, a chill runs down your spine. What happened here to make the inhabitance leave in such a hurry? What would make them abandon this place completely?"
The map is made for servers with about 25-32 slots. The map is still playable with less people, but since the map is large, the action will be less centralized. I will release a smaller version in a week's time.
Features:
-High FPS (80-100).
-Graphics that show ZM map don't have to full bright and ugly, but has teh gameplay that makes ZM fun.
-Barricading and camping.
-Throughly tested for game-breaking bugs
-HDR
-Large, detailed environment that will draw you into the game.
Credits:
-Caid for two of the smaller areas. (Good job on them, but work on keeping it on grid
).
-Games and Error.ocx;s servers for the private testing.
-Der.Zoomer for finding bugs that I didn't even know could exist.

Level Designer
-A strong understanding of Hammer
-Able to do a variety of types of architecture ranging from modern ruined cities to decrepit frozen sewers.
-A desire to stick around, especially through the slow times
Texture Artists
-Responsible for creating a wide range of textures for use in our levels, ranging from concrete to snow
-Experience with Photoshop and/or equivilent editor a must
-Ability to create textures for models a huge plus
Concept Artists
-Responsible for creating concepts of the various environments and a few characters for the modelers and level designers to work with.

I only had about 6 days to do a map. I found out last Friday and I am going on vacation this Friday. It has a few small graphical issues, but its the best I could do. With an hour and half compile time, it was crunch time for the past few days. Wish me luck.
