I guess this is a stat for XBL and MW2
Quote":1ufs8dyz]BTW !!I ordered MW2 from Amazon.co.uk, that means it will be the English version. BUT... if I install it here, I will get the fucking German version all censored and with the German captions, right?! (Since this thing requires steam)
what the fuck, achtung!?
No, you should be ok. (I have a german friend who has done the same for L4D2 to get around the censoring)
oh boy, http://kotaku.com/5397149/modern-warfar ... ped-at-9v9
are they having a competition with someone to see who can piss off pc gamers the most?
So yeah, it's pretty great so far.
Huh, don't get the problem with the RTS stuff, found it very simple?
The only times I turned it off were escort missions, please stop making me escort stuff, games! ![]()
Enjoyed it, it's got nothing on Full Throttle, but it was fun ![]()
I bought it for my 360, but my 360 died while playing it ¬¬
Freaking Batman! Can. Not. Wait.
Don't worry, Xbox LIVE is back to those days with the avatar marketplace (lightsaber, 400 MS points?!)
I'll assume that's down to not having come into much contact with AGS games, rather than underestimating the work involved, and link a couple of games which I'd say benefit from being made by a team.

The programmer did previously work on these games by himself, and that looked like this:

Quote from JetsetlemmingDo you really need a community to make an AGS game.
You don't need one, no, but why not? Looks like it could be fun.
Quote from JetsetlemmingI mean, seriously. It's an AGS game.
Seems like you're being awfully derogatory for no reason, while AGS has its fair share of crappy games made in five minutes, it has professional quality games, some commercial, built by teams. While I very much doubt this project is going to hit those heights, there's no reason why a pretty good game can''t be made - while offering those who don't possess the skills to create an entire game by themselves to contribute.
Texture? I don't think you get what is being made here ![]()
Not sure how many people will be interested here, but good luck!
What's your experience using AGS and why no post on the AGS forums (that I can see)?
also since Buddy annoyed me:
Let's not be rude like that, it's some random persons offering of concept, sure it's not great but hell, the point is any one can offer to help out and if they want to help making an ADVENTURE game, they're awesome in my book.
The Special Edition stuff is a mixed bag for me, I love some of the redrawn backgrounds, annoyed by the apparent laziness in some of them, and indifferent about how Guybrush looks. I switched between the two versions when I played.
Some people are working on getting the voices with the original version, looks like there will end up being two versions, one where it's enabled within the SE and one with the recorded dialog attached to the original version.
Yeah, I lurk on the mojo forums and have seen this, they're great.
Quote from ThrikIf they do depict the war significantly further through time, I hope they make at least part of it totally stylistically resemble James Cameron's rendition of the war as we briefly saw in the original films, and saw in detail in the Terminator 2: 3D movie at Universal Studios Florida (which also had gigantic 'Transformers' robots BTW, except made of liquid metal shit like the T-1000). As in very dark, very blue, lots of explosions, and lots of lasers. That'd tie it all together quite nicely IMO.
It is made of awesome.
