Any suggestions on where I could add details? I was thinking about adding the support wires I left out of the initial design and perhaps building out the prop a little more.

http://www.funaero.com/se5a.htm <-- plane in question that I used.

okay, i got this excellent tutorial on skinning here:

    http://waylon-art.com/uvw_tutorial/uvwtut_01.html

But at the end there he wants me to download and install texporter, but I cant figure out how to use it (cant find it in max). help?

edit: I specifically cant find the "Utilities panel > Utilities rollout > More... button". Okay I found it now it was at the top right (the hammer)

textporter is a plugin. Go to the hammer tab and load more and you'll find textporter. unless you're using max 8 in which then it is already built in.

cause your ally's pushed the germans over the ege

My models are done. I did two. One is a crater full of mustard gas and one is the horse and soldier wearing gas masks. I'll texture them as soon as possible but I'm a little over my shoulders with my school project.
