How do you make rain in Valve Hammer Editor? Which fgd file should I use?

For what mod? Since not every mod supports rain (particle code)...

I know that cs does, so then you got to use the 1.6 fgd (google for it)

btw. siden du er norsk så kan jeg fortelle deg om Spillmodding.no som har VELDIG mange tutorials på norsk (til VHE)

You can fake rain in almost any hl engine mod. It doesn't need a special particle engine. env_blood works well, or giant well made textures that scroll. Try http://collective.valve-erc.com/ and search for rain. Some mods have special entities or properties for weather, like cs.
