I'm guessing it's thier own engine

If it was someones liscenced engine, usually it's mentioned in the press release as them "teaming up" with that tech

Whatever engine it is, it sure looks unreal. I mean some of those graphsc are just unreal looking. They made my eyes fucking bleed, it was so unreal. I hope GBX does an fucking unreal job of hyping this at E3. It would be so unreal to be playing this at home and showing people my friends names in the credits.

    P.S. Unreal

yeah, the unreal engine doesn't like the ps2. if only there was a home console system that ran as though it were a windows based pc.... if only such a piece of hardware existed... perhaps it could run the unreal engine... and have ginormous controlers... and be called and xbox.... wait... went to far

A console that acts like PC's and attracts PC developers instead of console developers, WE CAN BUT DREAM.

the ugo interview that Randy did names pc, xbox, ps2, and gamecube.

On a sidenote splinter cell is the unreal engine and was ported to ps2... and splinter cell is published by ubisoft.
