Yeah I often get lazy, and I agree that I can reduce the polycount of the cylinders.

Low-poly Flak 36 88mm Anti-Air/Anti-Tank Gun @ 1819 Polygons. I'll unwrap it when I have time (hopefully). Critiques are welcome. Oh, and hello everyone!

is it for source engine? if yes i'd redo with 10x polygons. 10.000 polygons for tanks, flak and stuff is not that much!

    polygons look well placed anyway!

And hessi, it wasn't for any specific engine. It was simply for practice. I wanted to see how well I could complete a complex model with as few polygons as possible, and I felt I completed that task. Thanks for the kind comments!

I don't really get any sense of what that is made of from the texture. Looks as much like a blurry, muddy clay type material, or perhaps even animal fur, as it does wood (which I guess is what it is actually made of).

    looks like filthy, overworn wood

it's either a nightstand or a filing cabinet

Still comes across as more like fur than wood to me, but it is better than before. I'm sure somebody who knows what they are doing with 2D art will be able to help you out; I'm afraid all I can say is that I'm not getting wood from that texture

I like the first one more... has a great rotten look.

If you want to have a "new" cupboard, take the 3rd.

The 3rd one looks a lot more like wood than the other 2 to me.
