No, it's more like the hardware running that demo is probably close to minimum spec and as a result you can't just put as many polys on the screen as you'd want to. I can't remember the last time an actual game engine had a poly limit for models. As long as the hardware you're playing on is fast enough you can cram in as many polys as you want. :wink:
