+4000 calories per day doesn't have to be that difficult. A friend of mine eats around 7000 every day mostly by just creating ridiculous shakes (avocado, coconut milk, bananas, oats, peanut butter, honey whatever etc.). Dux but carbs make your muscles grow man, but if you are not training on regular basis than yes you should cut down carbs -
Protein is the bricks. Carbs are the brick layers. Fat is the cement.

Some of that stuff looks great. What are those burger things?
The most inventive thing I've made recently is a jar of Kung Po sauce with minced beef and pasta (more beef than pasta). I just cook the beef and pasta in separate pans then throw them together with the sauce for a few minutes. For a quick and easy meal it's remarkably delicious.
