Am I the only dissappointed by the red wave thingy for clues which isn't as subtle as the cues in the first one?

Game looks and sounds amazing ! City itself seems more ... real I guess as well :)

I can't wait to have a real computer to play that !

they're gonna need a less subtle hint system with the free roam aspect, it might get pretty hard to navigate if we don't have a route picked out across the city. I'm SO. FUCKING. HYPED. I sent the trailer to like everyone of my friends, even if they didn't play games, and one of them said it looks cool so they're borrowing mirror's edge as their first game :D proud to add to our ranks!

I think they might have an option to turn that off, I hope at least...

Well, leaving it to the player to decide if it wants the hints is always a good decision.

So opened YouTube and there were a couple playthroughs of forts 20-30 min; this one from Polygon doesn't have annoying commentary

Wasn't Faith supposed to have a new face??? Looks perfectly in line with the old one for me!

Beautiful is very beautiful; for the movement there are some ducts that look like it would be more efficient to slide underneath but they jump over… wonder if there's choice or it only works that way. Also would like to see more inertia/bobbing when you are doing sharp turns. In fight anyone knows if is possible to attack with a slide? Or combo a wall-walk into a jump and punch from above for eg? Cos during the escape scene it looked like those would have been the best and coolest ways to get rid of some of those guards (is it possible to just outrun them depending the area you are in?)

    Well don't worry it's okay :)

On topic, does anyone know how demanding of a game it is?

It looks like you do need a pretty decent graphics card, but don't ask me for that. :D

    @blackdog

For the attacks, I think you can do all you describe, they are maybe uncool people playing ;)

The jumps when you could slide underneath could be an habit from Mirror's edge 1. Speed runners had that rule to always prefer jumping to sliding whenever possible because it was faster, it's probably someone replicating that habit :)

Looks pretty awesome, definately looking forward to it, played the hell out of the first one. Only issue is with the post processing they are doing, far too much noise makes the game look a bit shitty. Once again the architecture of the buildings is awesome, massive respect to whoever managed to turn obvious gameplay focused blockouts into realistic looking locations.

Fuck yeah... I have been so hungry for a good SP experience I don't mind some cinematic storytelling shoved at my face, game looks awesome and it has enough personality to grab my interest.

The real question is, what is the Uncharted dude doing in there? (at 12:22)

Jokes aside, the architecture looks really great. I like how the city does feel alive this time around :) Not a fan of all the overlays and hints though, hopefully there's a way to turn them off completely.

Played an early demo version fall 2015, controls feels smooth and faster than the original really looking forward to this game.

The little section that I tried out worked very good, and with the addition of player created time trials, I think I might be stuck with this game for a while.
