Hey Guy's, I've finished my new map I'm thinking in some videos to show it better So, Here we go: Description: Beside it's a little blocky, the map responds to an large combat area, turning it in gret value for Fun Factor. The best is on the great variaty of strategy to attack your enemy, there are many places to get cover, hire and aim. All the players start at the city. The ideal is to climb up the mountain to get the gauss, good to move trhough all the land; the crossbow - excelent to camp and shoot in your enemys in the large areas of the landscape - or maybe, pick-up the e-gon and rocket launcher (good to re-stabilish control on the mountain). Other cool factor is the Solar effects, Done by special use of various sprites. All the weapons of the game are present in it, btw, you start with two Tripmines and a little of ammo for the machine gun and shotgun.   2. Hy! Thank's for the great Feedback. I'm tryng to focus on a great viewfield, and on strategy. I'm just refinig The Gameplay for DM (It's easyer when you can play with some guys ) and thinking on a CS version. I just can't do this with the same level as de_grower because all the map is "one block", and those Blanded textures are out of my capabilities. It would be much difficult to control the r_speeds with them. And the geometry is "Randomic", like a mosaic. The Bloom look's cool, but HI isen't a great mod. (at least when I played, ages before). 512x512 textures aren't bad... but, I NEED to do this map run very smoth. and that would eat all the normal memory taht H-L uses. This map is to be simple, so I'm just finishing it Seting up the bombs.... And them... Exploding them!:
  3. A nice "HDR" effect and big terrains You can't enter the houses, but I'm planning for teleports in the doors, something more sophisticated than this, obvious. I'm working too on something more, the textures detail, better roads, and cliffs (on the sea, you can't see from these photos.) That's it for now:D This map is For Half-Life 1

I think that the UT thing is just because of the lower gamma I've used on the textures/sky/sprites, so it compensate the 1.5gamma from H-L and the useless of bounce (UT has no lighting Bouce too). haha, pinball machine? Thank's really crazy Tank's for the post's guys! Gave me some more opinios, especialy about the Gameplay. Oh, anyone found the secret's? mhaumahumahaumahsam....
  5. I'm just new here, so Hello! How can you see, it's a simple Death Match map, but, with an diferent style. first, all the players starts on the sea, they fall from the sky and go straight trough the water. Now, begins a frenetic race to one of the ramps, as all the players start with 6 shot's of magnum! After all this crazy, the great man will have to make a mega jump using one "body acelerator" to find the second island. So, he can choice to go trough the tower, where he will find a rocket launcher and will get a great locomotion in all map by some suspense ropes,that will connect many regions.
