Kevin Hart, Black Hammer... What is "Ride Along"

Bowser from Super Mario World. I love how Bowser floats in his machine raining death from above at you. My second choice, the turtle tank from Contra III: The Alien Wars. That boss, while easy to defeat, was certainly iconic (as was the giant robot that tries to eat you).

In all seriousness though, the habitual release of Day 1 patches just to make games playable after they have gone gold is a significant issue for many players. Compound that with otherwise game-breaking bugs that continue to show up during the early lifecycle of the game product and it becomes easier to reflect on the reputation of a company, as opposed to the reputation of a reviewer, getting it "right" the first time or not. Overall, I think this may be a good thing for game studios as it could make them more responsive to consumer issues as well as encourage consumers to be more conscious purchasers. The long-term reputation increases in value over the short-term brand. Increasing the knowledge of purchasers, and reducing review times, could in effect rid Bethesda of the issue of first week sales followed by a plummet in sales the second week that plagues many publishers/studios (e.g., Call of Duty: Infinite Warefare had around a 56% decrease of sales the second week following release), and instead ease sales over a longer period of time. Then again, I could be full of it. Who knows?

So after some deep soul searching, I have decided to begin the process of re-teaching myself 3D basic concepts to work towards becoming an Environment Artist. I have changed my portfolio site to be at https://johnemerson.artstation.com/. I am currently beginning work on brand new portfolio pieces to completely replace the ones currently on there - but would love some feedback regarding what to get rid of ASAP. Thankfully, my wife is on board with me deciding to work towards this (although I will keep working in the meantime at my day job).

Also, I am currently looking for a potential tutor for 1 on 1 sessions to help me improve. I would be willing to pay a fee for this service, but serious tutors only who can structure a path and guide me. Please PM if you're potentially interested in helping me out.

Just moved to a new apartment. still getting everything sorted. All in all, only things that went wrong were breaking my cell phone (replaced), and issues with washer/dryer delivery that I am taking care of today. I expect to be back doing design and 3D in the next few days.

You might also try posting it to mpforums. They have a server setup that allows test maps be uploaded. I have that last iteration of foundry before finalizing the white box and starting art pass.

You can do what nurses and doctors do to sleep when they are on a night shit - take benadryl or a sleep aid. Just make sure it doesn't affect you so much that you are groggy when you wake up. I suggest taking one 30-40 minutes before you would like to sleep.
