really like the color palette and contrast, good work. if there's anything i could say it would be that it (like most of your other paintings with buildings) has too much of a non-organic look when it comes to the buildings. they're straight lines, which takes away some of the image immersion. also, it looks slightly sharpened?

goddamn, this is getting me hyped. it's another chance to see how hell looks.

any chance of some desktop resolutions?

i like the narrative of the first trailer, but the gameplay (and arguably also the arcady xp signs showing on top of dying bodies) drowned any hype i might have had for the game. unless it's going to have stunning environments like unchartered 1 and 2 had, this doesn't seem worth it.

you guys with FOV complaints, do you get motion sickness in cars as well? i get it in cars, but i've never tried getting it in a game..

i played through one of the campaigns yesterday on realism/normal, and i've gotta say, i'm far from impressed. apart from the new materials, the few extra special infected, it's basically the same game as the first one. maybe it's just not my type of game, but i definitely do not see myself shelling out money for an entire new game to get just this.

Oh man, fictitious technology is to be the death of consoles.
well it's not like it is completely implausible. 10 years is a long time with the technological advancements we have these days, i think we'd be able to do something like this. assuming we don't die out in 2012, that is.

I laid out my points without so much as a single cussowrd, in wonderfully presented type. However you just ignored that as well because you are not actually mature enough to alter an opinion once you've stated it.
you are clearly very ignorant, very unintelligent, or you simply haven't played the game.
derp derp

the only reason i'm ignoring this right now is because of the heat i get from a debate like this. also, after buying l4d1, i found out it wasn't my cup of tea at all.

swearing is such mature way of showing what you think of your audience.

i gotta say that this is one of the best games i've played in its genre. it's like playing an interactive action movie. from start to end, it was epic all along.

How didn't I counter them Sentura?
You put forward the opinion that because L4D2 doesn't have (and I quote) "major changes in story, atmosphere, gameplay, technology [along with] correct timing", it cannot be a true sequel, in your opinion.
I put forward a list of evidence taken from the game itself that countered each point of your proposition, showing that L4D2 does in fact meet all your requirements for a sequel.
So essentiaqlly you are saying: "Yeah but what I said was an opinion and an opinion is not a fact therefore you cannot prove it wrong because it was never true in the first place".
In which case I accept your defeat, albeit somewhat ungracefully, and would ask you to consider not being such a faggot in future. Of course that is just my opinion.
i never said you didn't try to counter it. however, you weren't successful since i still have the same opinion. which again brings me to the point that opinions cannot be countered. stop being an idiot - it doesn't suit you.

I didn't list every single detail, I merely countered the points Sentura said a sequel has to have. The reason it was such a long list is because there is a lot of new content.
dude, you didn't counter them. you attempted to counter an opinion, which doesn't work as a logical argument. like i said previously, you cannot argue against opinions.

because you always watch tv from the side...

No Sentura, I certainly can't! I've only given exact extracts from the game that counter your arguments. Would you like me to provide videos of all the points i made? Perhaps some spreadsheets?I'm not trying to be a dick, it comes naturally, but your reasons on why a sequel should only be considered a sequel if it meets your certain criteria - well those criteria are not accurate at all, they are your opinions (the definition of "sequel" mentions nothing that you considered vitally important), and even so I was able to point out that L4D2 did in fact meet all of those points, surely that diminishes your concern?
Sure, some people just don't like it; but that is different to saying you don't consider it a real sequel because of "x, y and z", or that L4D2 should have been in L4D.
exactly, they're opinions, not arguments. therefore you cannot counter them. QED.
