Describes the game best, I guess.

I think if someone had doubts in mind of getting a PS4, they should be convinced now.

I'm playing since Year of Kraken, so what I experienced most is: People who have played for pretty much since the game was out, had a big advantage because they had more of the legendary cards that were used in top tier decks and guaranteed the most wins. But it's F2P and so it's kind of okay, I guess. I rather enjoy a few rounds of arena lately than climbing the ladder.

Is there a release date for the Year of Mammoth? I didn't see any in the news article.

Overall, I like it - very well thought out. It has taken me a bit longer to finish stage 2 due to not actively playing Portal recently - but I didn't pay attention to the broken glass hint right from the start (despite the dead crow). And I like that idea, although I second the logical hole that Radu mentioned - if you implement it correctly (with the chamber design in mind) I find it quite nice to keep the two stages/chambers and also find something for the turrets that isn't just working anymore.

Nonetheless, you make good use of the Portal 2 content and it has a very authentic feeling true to the original.

I just played one game with bots (to get to know the map and layout), so I don't know how this plays out in a real match. What I can tell so far is (just a little bit of amateur analysis):

+ I like the layout: it gives a lot of opportunities for variation in round tactics and rotations

Why? You can flank almost every path on the map and change your intended target on the map.

/ 3 entrances to middle for Ts give the impression it's a tough ask for CTs to defend (they also arrive later there?)

    This results in:

Ts can close out A with mid-control, while A already feels like it is easier to take/retake

Spot B has less benefit/impact from mid-control while it is already harder to take (presumably), although you have three entrance points for that as well

    - There's a lot to check on B when attacking/retaking

All in all I like what I'm seeing. :)

The Man in the High Castle & Mr. Robot. Really looking forward to both season 3s.

For Mr. Robot, although I have to admit, that time jumps and non-linear storytelling can be awesome, it is sometimes fucked up. Especially if you chop bits in various orders spread over several episodes. I'm also annoyed by some of the characters, I'd love to just embrace them. Definitely liked S1 more, because it was less drama and more tech-savvy "cool" stuff.

Lots of very inspiring stuff, thanks for the read.

    For me personally:

    - manage my time and keep my mood up

    - finish at least one map that has been lying around for too long (incl. textures/models)

    - start coding in C# again (perhaps a small game project)

    - dedicate less time watching streams and more into my university study

    - travel, and hike through more forests/mountains

    - take pictures with my camera

The poll race was a close call, first on Florida and lastly on Pennsylvania, finally making it impossible to get her the victory. Most of the support for HC came from metropolitan regions concentrated (based on won states) from the east and west coasts, while Trump basically had the rest. This also showed almost always in inner-state results for rural counties going to Trump and urban to Clinton.

So yes, the assumptions, that people were definitely fed up that politics weren't made in favour of them lead to a huge support for Trump. And although he had a lot of scandals in the past, he is a man of the media business. They wanted someone who would look good as a president (not literally, performance and appearance-wise), while having core topics at heart that affected the issues people had on their minds.

Hillary Clinton on the other hand is an establishment hardliner who knows politics and acted way too intransparent in a lot of cases in the past, which made her a lot less appealing than a DJT, although you might say that Trumps transparency was to neglect/negate statements from the past. In a way, there was no lesser evil to choose from, it was the choice of the voting population to choose their lesser evil.

Here's the interesting part for the next 4 years (especially for Europe):

With Brexit and Trump to take effect in 2017 and also a few elections in Europe (in Germany with support in regional elections for populist parties up to 25%) there might also be a new strategy for EU-NATO military relations coming up, e.g. Germany and France announcing to cooperate more. Or "trading" agreements like TTIP and TISA seem unlikely at this point, or atleast postponed.

Now, this might be a good message for some people on the other side of the big pond, but what I fear the most, is that people will have real anxieties in the US of A, because they may or may not lose some parts of their life, identification or freedoms. Nobody should assume that all Trump voters will slaughter illegal immigrants confirmed by the general vote, nonetheless all eyes should always be open to unjust actions and repression.

P.S.: Oh yeah, with such a big majority as Republicans, it's time to get a federal Identity Document, so you can finally stop claiming voter fraud or rigged elections. Just a nice idea from Europe.

P.P.S.: The wall is just a metaphor for better border control. Perhaps some better fence installations at the borders.

Everytime I start up the vmf, I just want to close Hammer again. So I try to piece out parts externally and integrate them into the map. Also trying to use as much stock content in unconventional ways as possible.

(btw sorry, compression fucked up the second screenshot big time.)
