There's a big open section further up the hill that shows the vista! I'll show more screenshots soon.

I sorta don't want there to be any more content. Sure, there are a lot of possibilities, but I can't imagine it will add much to the game. Is DLC confirmed?

American/British history is kinda like what happens in all those sci-fi time travel movies, when the timeline gets split. America is one possible timeline, Britain the other. I think you got the better one though, really. Great work.

Doing some foliage testing in Cryengine and came up with a little Alpine forest/mountain scene. It's been pretty good fun.
Lots more to do, though! I'm going to be adding in more colour variation next by having spots of bright, colourful plants/flowers.

OMG this game is just a ripoff of Boardwalk Empire, His Dark Materials, and Looper. Get some original writers ffs.
-
I dunno, I found I just used Shock and Bucking Bronco, mainly. I thought the others kinda sucked. I much preferred the plasmids in Bioshock!
-
Yeah, I see what you mean. I would still like a bit of contact information so I'll try and find a nice comprise.
You guys are great, thanks so much for all the feedback. I really appreciate it!

Thanks for the feedback Minos. I think I'm gonna go with the first one with the alignment changes, I feel the second one is a bit too empty. That said, I think my original one could be a bit sleeker too. I'll try and find a nice balance.

Just finished the game. Good stuff!
As I said earlier, I kinda felt like the entire game was much more linear than Bioshock and wasn't as.. I dunno, immersive? I didn't feel as wrapped up in the world as much as I did with Bioshock, I felt like it was just constant battle after battle, and most of the enemies were pretty boring to fight. I really enjoyed the enemies that are in the Asylum though, that was a really cool section!
Those ghost battles... Man they were annoying. Constant spawning of enemies and not enough ammo! Managed to just hide behind a pillar and none of the enemies came out me though. I just kept popping my head up and sniping the ghost.
Overall, I really enjoyed it though. More games need to be made like this. The story was fascinating!

Yeah, ok Will. I only worked on the Pirate town, so didn't have a lot of work to actually show... I might put them up if I can find the screenshots. I have them somewhere..

Hey guys.
So I'm in the process of updating my portfolio at the moment, and I'm interested in getting a bit of feedback. I want it to be really simple but look quite distinctive still.
I'm going to completely scrap all the content on my old portfolio. It's all over 2 years old and is pretty crappy.
Here's a quick mockup in PS.

Looks very mysterious! I love the contrast between the 2, and I wonder how they will combine the 2 universes eventually!

Check out this entirely pointless article, all about singleplayer:

Boodiful! I actually saw the Ready room in the Editor yesterday, and I'm very impressed!
-
Not reading anything yet because I don't want to ruin the story... But I'm loving it so far!
I think it's very linear though.. I remember the first Bioshock being a little more open ended in terms of weapon/plasmid choice and the upgrades system was more fun.. Still, I'm having fun!

Woah... That looks absolutely stunning. The characters... Damn, they look real. I'm impressed.

Been playing for a couple of hours, and I love it so far. I'm such a sucker for this time period; a lot of parts of the game remind me of The Ship.. I think one of the songs in the loading screens is actually one of the songs used in The Ship!
Not entirely sure about the combat yet. I'm playing on hard difficulty and the enemies are bullet sponges, they take a lot of shots to kill. That's perfectly fine, but there doesn't seem to be much variety in how you can tackle fights, in comparison to Bioshock 1/2. Still, it's good fun.
QuoteI think I've just finished Battleship Bay, and Elizabeth is with me now. Can't wait to play some more!

Looks like an interesting concept! This isn't where I expected them to go with this project.. I thought they'd be making a more traditional 'comedy' point and click like Monkey Island, but this should be really interesting regardless!
