I just have a wii that collects dust, but my roommate has a 360.

I will probably buy a 360, but I plan on owning a ps3 someday as well.

I think the media(news) is just as much to blame as TV, movies, videogames, etc.

If you look at the school shooting history in the US it usually comes in waves, the late nineties being the worst, seems like there was one every other month. And it all came down to the media dwelling on it constantly 24/7.

I'm not saying they shouldn't report it, but when they release all the footage of the columbine shooters, or the manifesto of the guy from virginia tech it does 100x more harm than good.

This guy used youtube beforehand so there was nothing that could be done, but I hope that no media organisation ends up airing that trash.

In the end, though there is never one thing that motivated a person like this to do what they did but rather a multitude of things and it's ignorant to try to single out one thing.

kinda offtopic: Do you drive a impreza/wrx or saab 9-2x by chance?

I'm just saying you would expect to see a concrete or asphalt parking area in a setting such as this.

It ran surprisingly well on my rig with the very high setting mod.

Looks good, but you need to remove the big stones to make it look good. It's not tiling well currently. start cloning and stamping hehe.

You could work on the moss as well, it's a little to splotchy. try to make it look like its growing and make it look more connected.

I'm pretty sure vivendi will market the shit out of this, especially with jack black being involved. So hopefully it will do well. I hope.

Yeah they used to show this alot on adultswim, it was only one episode. I've never heard much about it since... I wish they made more.

my roommate got it the other day. One thing that puzzled me though, is it really possible to do 16 player coop singe player campaign?

we have the intuos pads at school, not sure as to the size but they are pretty big.

I would like one, but they are too damn expensive, but I know I will probably get one sooner or later.

I've always though halo was pretty mediocre. As far as consoles go time splitters, bond, and perfect dark set the standard and as far as i'm concerned noone has them beat yet. If only they had an on-line component.

Who's up for recreating cross the border? That was one of my fav maps from quakeworld TF.

I don't know how you would go about it coding-wise.
