Wtf~ People are actually getting paid to teach level design?
Oh my~

Size does not matter, quality does. It's great critisism, professionalism, and a good team spirit that sets mapcore apart from the rest.
I don't want mapcore to turn into a newb frenzy. Too mainstream is not good for such a community.
Am I the only one who can't join a server?
Looking great sir! Lovely~
Quote from MazyAnyway, so much bf2 h8 strat, have you even tried playing it online? I simply cant understand how anybody cant love this game~
No I haven't because some annoying bug prevents me from playing it online~
I do like it, there are a lot of good improvements like better close combat as a soldier. I just expected to be able to affect more than the current 2 structures in the entire map. Now if they would actually focus on such issues rather than solely focus on graphics, I'm sure they would find ways to increase interactivity with little impact on lag.
As for the game slowing down, I don't feel any even though I have max settings except for medium-rare realtime shadows and lighting, and 2x AA.
I want to be able to drive thru those ridiculously weak looking wood supports holding the metal alcoves, to be able to cause damage to the oil pumps (it's oil for god's sake!) and every other small structure for that matter, to put trees on fire (temporary flames would be sufficient), to make stuff sticking out of the ground react if I do a full speed collision with a goddamn tank and not just bounce off.
If I could actually join a multiplayer game~
As for the game itself, I'm partly disappointed due to the lack of decent physics and breakables. Everything is just so static as always, contrary to that cheesy trailer that was released earlier.
I'm unable to join a server. Now that's a rather annoying bug.
Indoor mapping seems to be really weak. The outdoor stuff with the car looks cool
exactly~
Whatever "quality assurance" means. To me it just sounds like a forced attempt to market the brand.

Yay! Welcome back sir! I've missed your sextastic cliffs~ Your NW RMFs blow my mind~
Oh and I agree that the first DarkTruths shot is not on par with the rest.
Well considering the fact that this is already the third time I've seen this happen, the first time being my first map, I would say it has to be quite common.
Mmmm very nightwatchy Campaignjunkie~
Hmmm I've seen a few of these earlier. Most of them failed due to proper structure/leadership. Your project, on the other hand, seems to be working well.
Yah it's a pretty cool idea, but I don't really find it very rewarding, especially due to the lack of time I have these days. I believe it's very good practise for beginners as ya said and you've already managed to get some super talent onboard. So good luck with it

QuoteSi: Is there a similar game to yours and how do you judge your game comparing to others of that type?Dominik Zielinski: I would like to compare it to Half Life 2. That game had a great story and game play. Some of our features like realistic water or Newton physics are similar to HL2. Mortyr and Return to Castle Wolfenstein are also the World War 2 reality but our game is more historical and realistic. There is no science-fiction like: time travels, fighting zombies or meeting aliens.
Si: The graphics are pretty cool, what are the system requirements?
Dominik Zielinski: The game engine is very efficient which allows game to run quite good on Pentium III - 700 Mhz. You will need Pentium IV 2,4 Ghz to run the game smoothly with all details turned on.
