absolutely wonderful, keep going...
Maybe get a better road texture? one with some kind of grating or something on the sides?
also light those buildings in the skybox, maybe make them tiered and light the top part (ala empire state building at night)
I'd like to see that effect in the level too more, focus on the lighting at the tops buildings and such, will give the map and much better sense of depth
graphics look too good to be true.
but if they are i hope they didn't sacrifice the size of the environments for it. thats what was so great about the first one, the maps were just endless and you were always exploring new parts...
don't feel like putting this back on as my desktop and reorganizing all the icons so here is just the image (suitable for 1680x1050)

and here a cool thing about it:
ya good point ReNo, ya I didn't want to make a game that was hard, just something funny and visually cool.
ifO - the semester was about 10 weeks or so, now I had numerous other 3d projects as well regular academics and freelancing work in those 10 weeks... so.
thanks for the feedback
I think its important to remember scientific theories and religion come from the same place, the human psyche. Belief is irrelevant. But both are very important because they teach us who we are. Man's religions, myths, sciences, art, rituals etc, are all very much related, and are very important to understanding life, man, the universe and everything.
Religion was never, ever, meant to be taken literally, its important we don't forget that.
Its also important that we realize how these ideas shape our perceptions over time. If you live in a western nation, regardless of what you "believe," Christianity has affected your overall ideas and perceptions, because its has shaped western civilization for past 1400+ years.
btw: the video game looks awesome i want to play it
ya i think so, I did not have much time to make it so I cut corners wherever I could.
It was for school so I think its ok ![]()
So i suppose it has something to do with game design.
It was a project I did for school
It is unfinished, the second level puzzle is not too good, there are some issues with the word puzzle and a couple of other things that need tweaking...
The reason why I am posting this now is because I am writing a research journal article about it for a student project publication with my school. So I figured your reactions are useful. Also since I suppose I have to finish it, i could use some "beta testing". heheh
Thank you for your time

did he kill a guy by grabbing his nuts or did I misinterpret what I saw?
(When he pointed the gun at the npc and searched him up near the beginning)
Beautiful,
does all that transparency affect the frame rate and such?
But regardless though it looks incredible, wonderful images, your thinking way out of the box.

Yes Bulgaria is a beautiful country. I think next up would be croatia for me and other places in that area.

it seams to tile well... it was for 3d, so it would need to be resized...
feel free to use it if you think its good....
very nice 3d renders... is that Brazil? Vray?
also mjau mjau's image gallery is great for photos and such, but I'd consider a simple html site for displaying your work... maybe using something like lightbox; (no popups)
good work though, if you fail in the game industry you can always freelance architectural visualization
Here is a video of an Istanbul market during prayers

The woman were beautiful in Belgrade and Sofia...
i can post more if you like, i think they could serve as some inspiration for level design...
In case you haven't heard, here is new way to host your images:
also has a tag cloud for browsing through them (its mostly pr0n)
good for maps and texture hosting, high res images
you can also apparently upload zips of 100megs
I use wordpress on my site, I find it quite easy to work with.
But anyways, I took a look at the code, the problem, I think, is in padding/margin. your menu li is 0 for both, give it a margin, and reduce the margin value to 0 in the "li a" So your just swapping the values...
btw get the web developer addon for firefox.
