no, it's a Opposing Force Source I think

Yeah, knew what happened but imagine if he had done the same, then got it wrong

-
Surely he's from a time when barbaric takeovers were all the rage?
(yes you could argue it's still happening but ssshh)Kind of like Jesus (oh boy, this could go wrong ¬¬), often depicted as white with a longer face, when reality is if he lived, he wouldn't have looked like that. I dunno, just seems wrong changing the prince now

-
Ah yes Prince of Persia, what happened to you?

I haven't really enjoyed the new POP too much, the first one was okay but the others didn't really appeal to me, certainly not the darker image they keep forcing upon us.

If you read my post again: I did not say you said the games were crap. If i read your original post correctly, I thought you were talking about innovation, I was merely disagreeing with it and putting my opinion across that I believe there was enough innovation between each title not to be put with Splinter Cell / Need for Speed / Command and Conquer.
2 introduced iMuse which then went on to be used in many Lucasarts games after that, and is a system better than a lot of games have today. 2 didn't have Insult sword fighting from 1, or rhyming which came in 3. There really isn't anything similar to it in 2. If i remember correctly, 2 didn't go back to Monkey Island. Since you had higer res for 3 and 3d for 4, maybe that 2 had a different art style from 1 is also big enough of a change (yes, still 320x200, but oil painted backgrounds rather than Dpaint ones)
3 and 4 both changing the gui (both times new to the series, not adventure games as a whole)
Yes 4 did have insult arm wrestling at the start (it brought back a lot from 1, Melee Island, Carla and Otis..) but then also brought in Monkey Kombat which was new to the series.
Would I say they're really innovative? No.
Would I say each one is innovative enough to be separated from games such as Splinter Cell etc? Yep.

this splinter cell is like all those command and conquer, monkey island, need for speed sequel stuff. you get better graphics, more detailed models and textures, but the game does not change.
Argh!
I don't know how you dare list that with the others.
While there are 4 Monkey Island games, they are over 10 years or so, unlike Splinter Cell especially which has had 4 in oh, 3 years?
Yes each game had its own technological improvement (especially between 2 and 3, but they had several years between them, but it's not mindlessly adding bloom and extra shaders) they do more than enough to differentiate between each other.
This was originally a more angry rant, but I hope I'll be less annoyed later and can respond further.

If it is true, i'd kinda like microsoft to 'win' in Europe this time around, and hopefully that'd show everyone else they need to sort it out and launch here within a couple of weeks max
still, i hope it's not true, because a wii christmas with friends could be brilliant

we must pray that it is wrong D:

I find it pretty surprising, but then I never got why it was so highly rated

With the 360 I can lay back in a beanbag or on the couch and just relax while I play instead of sitting inches away from my monitor.
One argument i've never really got. While the typical set up for a pc is at a desk close to the screen, you can easily have a nice setup where you can be on a couch / beanbag / swing (if anyone is into that kinda thing
) -
They generally serve their purpose and sometimes the games still manage to look quite nice, imo.
I met up with some friends for a week or so. We played some SA on the ps2 there. A lot of comments about how ugly it was, but I was sitting there quite content with the graphics, but then I think we're pushing the graphics too quickly leaving gameplay behind most of the time.
Enviroments ugly? 8%? I can't remember how much you have unlocked at that stage but the first time i drived from the mountain area to San Fierro, i was
. The country side really stunned for some reason on that ride.. -
Or fans of Gothic I and II

I liked those, and am kinda interested in this.

How appropriate, you fight like a cow.
I guess it would be unfair to the competition to include it
