ATI problem

OK its not just an ATI problem i LIED! but i know how to fix it with NV cards

i run at 1280-1024 desktop when i switch down to games i like to play 1024*768 but for some reason the screen stays at 60hz 0_o so the middle is blury and the sides are super crisp.

with ATI is there anyway to force it to go up to a higher hz or create a profile

with NV you could, had some check boxes and u could force it to change the refresh rate...untill then i can't play anygames D:!~ fucking sucks!

its an XP problem, all games get stuck at 60mhz, if you find out how to fix it.... let me know....
