GUIStudioMLD2 update with Orangebox support

    Just a heads up for those of you who might use it.

    I've updated my GUIStudioMDL2 tool too add dual-support for the EP1 and Orangebox SDK compilers. You can seamlessly switch between them as needed without any restarts or hacks and compile QCs as needed.

    For those of you who don't know of GUIStudioMDL2, it's a "wrapper" around the command line model compilers from the SDK. It doesn't replace the compilers, it simply gives you a nice Windows application you can use to compile your models without having to mess around with the command line tools.

    Goes without saying. As it's just a wrapper around the command line compiler you still need steam running for it to work

    Also of note, I had to disable User Account Control in Vista or I'd get a very annoying error message when I went to run GUIStudioMDL.
