Duchovny confirms second X-Files movie

    studio does not..

    Joel told you not too long ago that a second X-Files feature film was most likely going to happen. Now comes word from David Duchovny himself that the film is indeed going ahead and that co-star Gillian Anderson is attached, as well.

    anyway, word on the street is a 2nd x-files movie is in the making (starring david and gillian!!). reason enough for me to be monitoring this the coming weeks.

    anyone else as excited as me about this?

    i for one, beleve in extraterrestrials and the topic fascinates me, and what intrests me the most about it is, the actual struggle to try to grasp the implications about it..

    so..yeah im intrested in the movie, cant whait

    This movie will either:

    a) Get everyone back into the franchise and reminiscing over how cool it was.

    b) Bury the franchise and destroy Duchovny and Anderson's careers.

    I honestly hope it's the former, but I suspect it may end up being the latter.

    I got myself a copy of the first 4 seasons, and I'm watching them almost every day now, and I'm having the opportunity to watch some episodes that I missed, It's so cool!

    Looking forward to the second movie, if this turns out to be a reality.

    I got myself a copy of the first 4 seasons, and I'm watching them almost every day now, and I'm having the opportunity to watch some episodes that I missed, It's so cool!

    The only episode out of the entire run of the show I haven't seen is Space.How is it? As lulzworthy as Ghost in the Machine?

    Well, you didn't lost anything vital...

    Basically there is this ghost haunting NASA, and screwing with some of the shuttle's internal pieces, so they can't launch anything to investigate mars. Cos the main inspiration of this episode is the Human Face found on mars surface.

    Pretty stupid episode if you ask me, some people even say It's the worst episode ever.
