After a few month's work the map is finally complete! The map has gone through several private alpha and beta tests to make sure there are no gameplay or graphical errors. The map was tested on two servers:

    72.249.10.10:27015

    80.190.78.54:27015

Both are great servers, so be sure to check them out.

    The story:

"The map will be based in an overgrown, ancient factory. Think of the soft wind rustling through the cracks and holes of a by gone time. With the eerie silence that completely surrounds you, a chill runs down your spine. What happened here to make the inhabitance leave in such a hurry? What would make them abandon this place completely?"

The map is made for servers with about 25-32 slots. The map is still playable with less people, but since the map is large, the action will be less centralized. I will release a smaller version in a week's time.

    Features:

    -High FPS (80-100).

-Graphics that show ZM map don't have to full bright and ugly, but has teh gameplay that makes ZM fun.

    -Barricading and camping.

    -Throughly tested for game-breaking bugs

    -HDR

-Large, detailed environment that will draw you into the game.

    Credits:

-Caid for two of the smaller areas. (Good job on them, but work on keeping it on grid ).

-Games and Error.ocx;s servers for the private testing.

-Der.Zoomer for finding bugs that I didn't even know could exist.

-And everybody else who encouraged me!

    Thanks, and happy hunting!

Not half bad man. I think the hdr / bloom is a little over bearing, though.

Looks fucking amazing, although perhaps a bit too much HDR going on in this area:

Yea I think the lighting is a bit over the top, judging from the screenshots. Looks like you tried a little too hard on that end.

It stills looks very good though! Great job!

at a glance it is quite nice to look at - when you look deeper the flaws really stand out, it is still very 'gamey' but I'm sire the ZM players will love it

Set down a little bit the exposure would make the render better.

    Oh and...

Thanks for the comments and crits. Also, not to be rude or anything, but what do you mean by "Gamey" Rick?

The map is perfect IMO, but the HDR is a bit exaggerated, specially in the pic that Mazy pointed. The first two screenshots are awesome, and the feeling in the 3rd is great

Looks great, I love the thought that went into the details of a lot of those scenes. The bloom does seem a little over the top though.

I really like it. The atmosphere it evokes is very reminiscent of Stalker. It looks perhaps slightly lower poly than necessary in one or two places, but then that's the age old fight of performance vs. looks I guess.

I am not familiar with the zm_ prefix which mod is this for?

Thanks for more comments, after looking it over, I do think the bloom was a bit to much, but mostly because of HDR. (I used env_lightglow)

afaik zm is zombie master and not zombie mod. Zombie Master allows a Player to control Zombies RTS like and let the rest try to escape.

yep right, but this map is made for this f.. cs:s server plugin.

Besides this, great work on the map.
