I love the art, hate the characters and think that the evil lazor shooting gaint worm has been done before... But i really really like the colors and lighting.

Go Go Grin Environment team !

It should be done in every game.

Saw the trailer for this at work today, looks really good, though everyone who watched it attempted some spiderman joke.

    Edit: I R IDIORT.

Am I the only one that doesn't like it? Looks like that guy from FF7, mixed with megaman, freedom fighters and some more. And the name is the worst part, what's up with GRIN having these ultra stereotype names?

+1 for another post apoc game for 2008, it's the ww2 for 2008.

    edit: it's a remake? or a sequal?

you forgot to throw spiderman into the mix

But yeah, I agree some.. As I said I was kind of hoping grind would kind of go out there and create something really new...

Yeah, the remind me of a next gen version of a map in the wastes, agency23 or something. The city ones atleast.Someone submit this question to the next podcast or whatever it was, why remake an old game? is the entire industry dry or are grin just a bunch of drunken people who don't want to come up something new?

I wouldn’t say a guy swinging around with a giant grappling hand is an overused concept that needs to be put out to pasture, though the setting has been done a lot recently it lends itself to the mechanic quite well.

The game it’s ‘cloning’ is decades old and most people have never heard of it.

Ah wait, I see. Are we just calling Grin fuckers?

i think the gameplayvid looked pretty amazing. i especially liked the envoironment. i also like the fact that grin is remaking an old classic. i really hope this game gets in store only after ist been totally pollished tho. not like hellgate: london.

I accept that you don't like the game, but are you trying to provoke or are you just a fucking dick in general?

I agree, that was uncalled for st0lve.

The video is rather short, but the gameplay looks quite original to me. I've never played the original title, since it is so old.

Looks good! I like the character animations and the music especially!
