It takes relatively long to understand what the hell youre looking at, and even when you finally got it, you still dont make the association with playstation. I dont anyway.

Its also feels pretty sad with its black and white, where as something to do with entertainment should feel happy and joyfull IMO.

Best part is, it prolly took them 6 months to decide, and 5 of our years salaries \o\

That logo cost Sony 10 million dollars to make.

That logo is a fucking joke. I can't believe it passed the judges.

i saw that "logo" when i was in japan, there's apparently a playstation franchise where you can get everything from dining sets to apparel with the 4 symbols (though that doesnt look as "extreme" as the new logo does).

I sweat the PlayStation 3 has been a total bugger up in every possible way.

Except for Little Big Planet maybe...
