Could be a very very old repost, but I've never seen it before. If you leave the controller untouched then the level completes itself for you. Nice little Easter Egg

It's a Super Mario World hack. There's a bunch out there, but never got around how the hell you patch rom-files

Awesome. The one thing I hate about the 2D Mario games is that you have to memorise the whole level before you get the chance the complete them.
