This is the Sand Dunes National Park in Colorado. Beautiful place. I'd love to go back.

The last one looks like a Film-Stil.

Nice pictures allthough they lack a little contrast (maybe because of the enviroment )

Nice pics I like the ones with the sudden-transition from sand dunes to the greenery.

They're really nice, i think the 3rd pic is my favourite. It seems so unnatural it's a wonder it's real .

Crazy isn't it? Sand Dunes floored me. I wasn't expecting it at all. We were driving toward it and we saw some sand thinking "oh, there it is." But that wasn't it, and we kept driving toward something larger, and eventually we started going down and we realized these mountainous things were the dunes. Snow-capped peaks with dense vegetation on the side and 800 foot sand dunes at the base with a snow-melt stream running in along the side. Truly unique. One of my top 5 parks (out of 25, whew!).

uh, well, all the national parks are "natural." Big Bend isn't visited as much as most parks, but it's still a National park with a visitor center and such.
