Since that's all I have to work with, I have to give it a shot.I've never really been a fan of the entire "Let's wait until it's release with our crits", I'd rather be proven wrong.

And wondering how you mix up so many different things, and end up with a good result, is that considered bashing?

Stalker with cars isn't a bad thing, I just imagine that is what the finished product will feel like.

Borderlands features a groundbreaking content generation system allowing for near-endless variety in missions, environments, enemies, weapons, item drops and character customization.

I mean Stalker with MMO random dungeon system for the tasks\quests..lol i'm just giving you a hard time. The bannage in this thread got me all excited.

st0lve is the master of bullshit when it comes too close to the fallout franchise. he apparently also mastered the art of predicting how a game will be before production has even begun. this guy is amazing. rly.

hmm.. kinda boring design no? Standard mad max characters + that cool excavator thing and reign of fire dragons? The environments seem very uninteresting. But oh well it's pretty early to judge anyways I'm not excited yet!

Actually I think it lacks the mad max feeling. It looks too high tech (especially the cars!) and such. I'd rather say that iD have the "standard mad max" design on their characters.

This dude looks like a sadomaso slave with his leather mask on, think "the beast" from 8mm

In combination with the excavator and the dragons this leaves quite some room for speculation regarding plot and game world...

To fuel its own expansion, humanity placed titanic colony ships into motion. These carefully crash-land on their target planets. The ruins of the ship become the skeleton of the colony, with bulkheads becoming walls and ceilings.

To think, it was just the other day in the Mafia thread people were praising 2k's upcoming lineup...

Also, the Game Informer article is finally on shelves, so you should go grab it and read it with gusto.

Well with the mess they made of Bioshock's release I can only shudder at the name of 2k. I'm sure it won't happen again but it sure has put a dent in their name.
